Payment

100% of total minimum spend agreed will be taken as a pre authorisation (credit card guarantee)

Funds will be verified but not charged to your card at this time.

Function tab may only be commenced upon the arrival of the organiser unless prior arrangements made.

 

Payment for the function must be settled by the

completion of your function.

Palace Arcade accepts payment by cash and major credit cards.

 

In the event that the agreed minimum spend or cash balance of package is not achieved, the balance will be forfeited.

 

Payment Via Invoice

With prior arrangement, we accept payment by bank transfer or invoice; however no personal or business cheques will be accepted.

We require full payment to be paid via invoice 1 month prior to booking/function.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours of your function/booking, full pre authorisation will be charged and any funds paid via invoice will be forfeited.

 

With up to 14 days notice, we will work with you to reschedule your function.

 

Outside of 14 days notice, you may cancel your function  with no charge/full refund of invoice.

 

COVID

In the event of a covid related lockdown or government mandated capacity restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule your booking to the next agreeable date.

If no date is agreeable, we will refund 100% of any pre authorisations or funds paid.

 

 

Children

A ratio of 1 adult for every 2 children is required at all times.  Children must be supervised at all times.

(Exceptions may be made in the case of immediate family e.g. Parent/Legal Guardian to child)

By 8pm we are strictly 18+

 

Cakes

Cakes/decorations are welcome with prior approval.

Cutlery and plates will be provided.

We ask that you do not bring glitter/confetti 

 

Pre-ordering Food

Food Preorder can be made through our functions manager, we require at least 1 weeks notice.

Any special request/dietary requirements we would appreciate 2 weeks notice.

 

Palace Arcade Liability

No liability is accepted by the venue for loss or damage of patron/s property. The event organiser is responsible for any damage to the venue caused by themselves or their guests.

In the event we reach license capacity, entry or re-entry may be delayed.

 

Adult Entertainment

Palace Arcade will not allow any external entertainment that could be considered but not limited to R18, X18, RC, Skimpy Waitresses or adult content.

 

 

Function attendees are required to adhere to all Palace Arcade house policies.
